Germany – Bally Wulff restructuring now complete

Bally Wulff reports that its restructuring is now complete. The company is no longer part of the Schmidt Group from Coesfeld, Germany. All company shares now belong to the group of companies belonging to Ulrich Schmidt. Mr. Schmidt originally founded the Schmidt Group, which still leaves Bally Wulff in family hands. It was stated that this gives Bally Wulff a clear and secure financial base, ensuring its positive continuation and furthering its export focus.
